clay-ravioliGeophagy is eating earth and clay like substances. In several countries in the world this is a cultural and spiritual tradition. But in Europe and the United States it is officially declared a psychic condition, as described in the DSM-IV.

Since 2014 Masha Ru and Dina Roussou explore and cook with clay as ingredient. During this workshop we will make Ravioli with several types and colours of clay and of course get to taste it.
