Finissage Exploded View with premiere and presentations

Sunday September 20, 2020 from 3 – 6 PM is the final day of the Exploded View exhibition.

This is the last chance to visit the exhibition in the Glass House, the Orangerie and the artworks at various places in the park. Together with the artists of Exploded View, we offer a special program including:
Premiere of the “Amstelpark by Night” film by Jasper Coppes and Casper Brink, which they recorded in the summer, together with a group of young people as part of Expeditie Amstelpark and Midsummer Mokum. Presentations artists including de Onkruidenier about the ceramic bowls, partly together with the audience, in the Orangerie during the past two months, and Jacqueline Heerema who will talk about her soil installation. The program will also include a short interactive talk with the artists about the artistic research in the park.
Program

15 – 16.30 Michel Langendijk in conversation with Eline Kersten, barbara Neves Alves, Pavel van Houten,, Jacqueline Heerema and Birthe Leemijer  on their research and projects for Exploded View
16.30 – 17.00 Onkruidenier presentation in the Orangerie and installation of the work they developed there during the exhibition in the Heemtuin
17.15 – 17.45 Presentation film (8min) made in a workshop this summer by Jasper Coppes in het Glazen Huis followed by a talk
till 6 PM drinks and bites!

If you are not able to join in on Sunday, do come on Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 14.30 – 16.00 to the soil workshop Inbetweenness – subsurface / subsurface (see Facebook event) organized by Jacqueline Heerema.
