The Cumulus – Festival van licht

The Pixel Palace is the backdrop for a festival of light and projection created by the Cumulus, a platform of multi-media artists, performers and musicians who work together in dynamic and historical locations on interdisciplinary projects in which projection, sound, performance and installation come together. The first part of a series of events at locations in Amsterdam takes place inside and outside the Glass House with projections, installations and performances by more than 15 artists to celebrate the coming season of light. The Cumulus is organized by Lee Ellickson
The CineAct Irregulars Ensemble, a projection performance group, supervised by Beethoven’s Grosse Fugue. Also with work and performances by Marnix Carpentier Alting, Jaap Pieters, Guy Edmonds, Lee Ellickson, Martina Floriaans, Bart Prinsen, Evelina Domnitch & Dmitri Gelfand, Marjolijn Boterenbrood, Hans Koning, Go Eun & Igor Sevcuk, Chris Kennedy, Julia Kasier, Julie Dassaud, Ariuna Nina, Serge Onnen, Afredo Genovese, Deniz Sackir, Joost Visser and Sound and Light Act (Sophie Valla, Susheela Sankaram, Leonard Roussela).
