Opening Shadow Floriade

On Friday, April 22 from 16:00 – 19:00 is the opening of Shadow Floriade. On this day the new exhibition Perfect Nature: Amstelpark Test Site will open, the launch of the Schaduwtuin (Shadow Garden) by the Onkruidenier, and of the three temporary outdoor works (Contemplatorium by Rob Sweere), Camera Obscura (Rick Abelen) and Universe (Robbert van der Horst) in the presence of the artists.

Opening programme

4:00 pm open doors
4:15 pm Welcome by Alice Smits.
4:25 pm Opening remarks by Rocco Piers (vice-chairman of the daily management of Stadsdeel Zuid).
4:30 pm introduction by Neal White exhibition Perfect Nature: Amstelpark Test Park.
5.00 pm walk through the park along the Orangerie, Rietveld Pavilion and the outdoor installations.
7:00 pm closing
